INDIANAPOLIS (October 1, 2015) – Alpha Kappa Psi recently hired Mackenzie A. Lauka, Toledo ’10-Life who will join the fraternity’s professional staff as associate director of education.
Lauka, an Academy Fellow, graduated from the University of Toledo in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and minors in business law and communication. “I’m really looking forward to being able to help brothers around the world and increase their education of the fraternity and the business world,” said Lauka. “Alpha Kappa Psi has so much to offer its members, and I look forward to continuing to enhance its value as well as making people aware of all the incredible programs and resources the fraternity already has to offer.”
The role of the associate director of education assists with the fraternity’s educational programs and initiatives through development of the fraternity’s resources and online educational programs. The associate director will oversee the expansion and enhancement of several programs and resources including the web-based educational programs and resources, officer training, and the Pledge Education Program to name a few. Lauka will report to the director of education, Jason Pierce.
