SEATTLE (April 15, 2016) — Earlier this month, the Pacific Northwest Region gathered for their spring officer training at Seattle University.
With the help from many volunteers and the Gamma Omega Chapter who hosted the events, they held a weekend full of training and leadership activities.
The conference had an impressive turnout where officers from every chapter in the region were in attendance. In addition to the officers, many chapters had other individuals attend to learn as much as they could.
The days were full of conversations between the chapters; gathering information from activities and recruitment to the ACR. Workshops provided attendees with talks on leadership, competency skills and breakdowns of each position. Each volunteer gave their utmost support; answering as many questions as possible and giving the best direction they could provide.
During the weekend, a few special awards were presented to three volunteers.
