Friday Recap
College of Leadership
The College of Leadership kicked off on Friday morning with an opening session led by, recently re-elected Fraternity President, Corry Reddy. The following sessions led brothers down five different professional competency tracks based around decision intelligence, financial literacy, management, professional communication, and workplace environments. All of which were designed to develop the future of principled business leaders across the fraternity at both the student and alumni level.

Awards Luncheon
The awards luncheon followed the morning sessions of the College of Leadership. Here several brothers received fraternity awards surrounding different areas of the Brotherhood. [insert brothers that were recognized]
Celebration of Brotherhood
After a day full of development, it was time to come together and celebrate our brotherhood and all of the amazing things the relationships built have brought our lives. The Celebration of Brotherhood ritual served “to reinforce the spark of brotherhood in members.”
– Mike Dickerson
Grand Opening
Friday night was the official grand opening of the Howell + Wendroff Professional Center in Noblesville Indiana. This building serves as the headquarters of Alpha Kappa Psi and provides much needed collaboration space for all members to build community and engage with the fraternity. Brothers were bussed from The Westin to enjoy a night of brotherhood, food, and fun. The Foundation also recognized donors at different levels whose contributions made the center a reality.
Conclusion
Friday was a living example of the core values of our fraternity, the perfect mix of professional development and celebrations. From sessions at the College of Leadership to the Celebration of Brotherhood and the grand opening of the Howell + Wendroff Professional Center, it was a day filled with growth and brotherhood. We are grateful for the contributions of our dedicated brothers and look forward to an exciting day 4.
