Pi Omega Supports A Fresh Start Through National Campaign
INDIANAPOLIS (November 5, 2015) — As a part of the Pi Omega Chapter’s 2015-16 “A Fresh Start Campaign”, they are raising awareness to benefit community Homeless Shelters throughout the country this November 9-10 in honor of Veteran’s Day.
A Fresh Start is a national non-profit organization benefiting homeless men, women, and children and was also founded by a brother of the Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, Janza Stannard.
SDSU Alpha Kappa Psi Continues Tradition of Community Engagement and Service
SAN DIEGO (November 2, 2015) — The fifth annual TEDxSDSU event,will be coming to the San Diego State University campus in the spring semester of 2016.
The TEDx Program is designed to help communities, organizations and individuals to spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences. This program is self-organized by the Mu Sigma Chapter, with the goal to bring people together; generating conversation and connections at the local level. The speakers for the spring 2016 program have been selected, though a date has not been set at this time.
