INDIANAPOLIS – Alpha Kappa Psi recently announced the launch date of a completely redesigned website. After months of hard work and dedication, the website will go live on January 23. Despite the launch date there are components of the website that will still be under construction, which includes member login, resource center, and more.
Amongst the many new features, the most noticeable change will be the separation of the site into three distinct areas:
1. AKPsi Fraternity
AKPsi.org will provide a generic overview of what AKPsi has to offer without getting too deep into details. This public side of the website allows members and non-members alike to familiarize themselves with AKPsi’s history, opportunities, successes and aspirations.
2. AKPsi Foundation
The Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation is a public, charitable and educational foundation. It supports educational programs that develop leadership and professional development skills. By having a stronger web presence, it will be easier to discover the foundation’s impactful programs, how to receive funding and ways to join the cause.
3. myAKPsi
While the layout is similar to the new AKPsi.org, myAKPsi will contain more detailed information for members. This member portal is where resources and applications are available for successful chapter operations. myAKPsi will eventually only be accessible by members through a secured login.
More information will be unveiled as the countdown to the new website’s launch continues.
