Jacob Drees serves as the 44th President of Alpha Kappa Psi, supporting the strategic initiatives of the Fraternity, as well as leading the Management Team to strengthen volunteer and chapter engagement. A member of the Gamma Eta Chapter at University of Toledo since 2011, he has held numerous leadership roles at the chapter, regional, and fraternity-wide levels, including VP of Rituals, Chapter President, Chapter Advisor, Section Director, Fraternity Ritual Team Member, Volunteer Task Force Member, Regional Director, and Area Vice President. For his contributions to his chapter and the Fraternity, he received the First-Degree Bronze and First-Degree Silver Distinguished Service Awards. He is known for his relational approach and for building systems that enable volunteers and chapters to operate more effectively and consistently.

Professionally, Jacob is a Consultant with EAB, partnering with colleges and universities to translate student success strategies into scalable, data-informed practices. With over a decade of experience in higher education, he has led advising initiatives, analyzed student engagement trends, and managed global business programs at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. His work included overseeing program operations, managing budgets, and supporting enrollment growth through disciplined, analytics-driven decision-making.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Toledo, as well as an MBA from Miami University.
