INDIANAPOLIS — The 2014-15 recipients of Alpha Kappa Psi’s awards program have been selected by the fraternity’s awards committee. The majority of AKPsi’s awards are chapter-driven, as chapters must nominate themselves or individual members for an award. For each of these prestigious awards, only one winner is selected as the award winner.
The following chapters and members will be presented with their award at the 2015 Convention in Norfolk, VA:
Alpha (New York) Omega Zeta (Binghamton) Pi Rho (Cal Poly SLO) Xi Omega (South Florida) Atlanta Alumni City of Festivals Alumni |
Florida Gold Coast Alumni Ahish Bhandari, New York ’12 Laura E. Duncan, Ohio State ’14 Kyle Dymanus, Georgia Tech ’12 John B. Renner, Ohio State ’13 Megan E. Winsor, Oregon State ’12 |
The Student and Alumni Awards Catalog was developed to recognize individuals and chapters that achieve excellence while demonstrating the fraternity’s core values of brotherhood, unity, knowledge, service and integrity.
Additional awards based on membership numbers or the chapter’s performance on the Annual Chapter Report will also be recognized during Convention. All collegiate chapters are automatically considered for those awards as there is no application process. Convention registration ends Friday, July 10.
