After graduating, she served as a chapter advisor for four and a half years, and is now excited to contribute her skill sets to the Fraternity as the program manager of the Capital Ridge District.
Prior to her graduate studies, Tay graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Medicine. Professionally, she has been working in strategy and transformation consulting since completing her MBA, specializing in customer and employee experience, business development, and process improvement. She also has experience in collegiate student affairs. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with local organizations, photography, spending time in nature, and spending quality time with her family, friends and dog.
