Nicole Nourvle serves as the Executive Vice President of Alpha Kappa Psi, bringing more than a decade of experience as a member and volunteer leader within the Fraternity. Her Alpha Kappa Psi journey began in 2013 as a student leader in the Zeta Upsilon Chapter at Tennessee Tech University. She has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Chapter Advisor for Tennessee Tech University (2016–2017) and Middle Tennessee State University (2017–2025). Most recently, Nicole was the Program Manager for the Southern Delta District, supporting chapters through leadership development, chapter operations, and member engagement.
Today, Nicole remains dedicated to helping chapters and members thrive. Professionally, Nicole is a critical care nurse, where she demonstrates the same commitment to leadership, teamwork, service, and developing others.
