Is the $5,000 conditional on successfully recruiting students?
Partially. The scholarship will be distributed in two $2,500 installments. The first $2,500 will be given as a scholarship for the Fall 2020 semester conditional on being accepted into the school/program and completing the Expansion Ambassador training. The second $2,500 will be given as a scholarship for the Spring 2021 semester conditional on recruiting enough students to form a new chapter.
What support will Expansion Ambassadors receive?
Besides being paired with another Expansion Ambassador, there will be a formal training program for all Expansion Ambassadors prior to the Fall 2020 semester. Once in the UK, there is a dedicated team of alumni brother volunteers working on this project to support Expansion Ambassadors in addition to our two existing student chapters in the UK. The Heritage Center will also be able to provide remote support for Expansion Ambassadors.
What materials are required for the application?

As opposed to the US where the biggest recruitment challenge is explaining why a student should join AKPsi over another fraternity, in the UK it is explaining what AKPsi is as an organization and why joining a fraternity is more beneficial than a club or society.
